Trust is so important in life. When you take your car in for a service you have to trust that the garage is going to do the work they say they will. When you put your money in a bank you need to trust that they will look after it.
As a cloud vendor we want to make sure that our clients experience that same feeling of trust as they move their business applications out from the office and into our hands. We know that we can deliver a great service, but we need to prove that day in day out to our clients.
